First bookin room no 1215 after checking the toilet no tap I go to the lobby talk the hotel staff they change the room 1220 ok but 2 day we at the room heavy rain the rain can go true the window I call the main lobby and talk them my room is leaking the staff say to me will ask the maintenance to check but until we check out no maintenance come to our room to check the window leaking

pillow was too soft for comfort and blanket was in poor condition. hotel didn't have any mini shop to buy drinks etc.

Pleasant stay.

Overall the hotel room is good and got room upgraded. The chamber maid is a pleasant, cheerful and helpful to ensure the room is tidy and clean with all the essentialcompliment things in place.The location is ideal walking distance 5 mins to KSL mall and plenty of eatery outlets. But regret the breakfast does not meet our expectation, poor service by the FB staff and requested a roti prata to be made for us to eat but they refuse to do it, very disappointed about it. Overall the hotel is good for valued for money. We will certainly be back again.

Sincerely hope that the breakfast will be better and FB staff be better trained to serves the guests.

Well maintained. Nice beds. Great location. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

1. Wifi has problems at certain times of the day. 2. Carpark could use some Color and cleaning for a TOP hotel.

Outdated and really need a revamp to suit the name of the hotel.

Crystal Crown JB

The room is spacious, great location, breakfast ok but limited varieties.

Room smell smoke of cigarette. Called front desk asking for another room (non-smoking room), told no more room available, so we asking for housekeeping to counter the smell but we are waiting like ages, unfortunately no one come. End up we went out and get our own air-fresher. Smelly pillow, looking forward for more improvement.

the bathroom was very poor and the water pressure was low and not serviceable, i had to run around in the bathroom to get wet!!! and have a shower.

Three star hotel with a 5 star serviceAWESOME

It's convenient as it is just a few minutes walk to KSL Mall so you do not have waste money on taxi to go shopping.There is even a food truck nearby which sells delicious food.Money changer closes early so please take note of that if you do not want to walk a lot at night.There are rows and rows of massage parlors around.Pub,restaurants and bistro are available nearby too.So overall I will rate this hotel a 4/5 for letting me have an enjoyable trip even if it just for a day, the staffs there are all very nice and friendly too.Service is fast and fantastic. They are very helpful too.They help us book a taxi whenever we need one and even help us with directions when we need to go some places we don't even know the road name.Worth stay if you are looking for a relaxation for just a couple of days.Yeah.Big and comfortable room.I didn't expect them to have a bathtub too.Love every single thing about this hotel.Love it.Will definitely be back again soon.

I think one thing I don't like about this hotel is that they could have atleast called us one hour before check out so that we do not have to rush when we woke up late fearing about our deposit money which is with them and please change your hotel phones.They are so antique.Hahaha.I don't even know what number to press when I need house keeping or restaurant or spa except 0 for reception.Please do something about it.Thanks.

Crystal Crown Hotel, JB

Location is good. Easy access to shopping, food & car wash. Room is huge, probably because is a old hotel. Breakfast buffet is acceptable.

The carpark is a nightmare to drive. The ramp going up and down each level is a challenge, even for a seasoned driver. We had to request for bathroom floor mat as it was not provided. There were also no hand towels. The bath area is only in the bath tub. The drainage for the water is extremely slow. So basically, I was still stepping in a tub of soapy water when I was done with my shower. Pretty unpleasant.

Parking is a challenge. Wifi was exceptionally poor..almost no connection. Took 4 hours for them to get room ready. Housekeeping doesn’t seem to be working.

Great location, efficient and friendly staff plus reasonably priced.

The staff were efficient and very friendly. The hotel was quiet and not crowded. Food for room service and restaurant was reasonably priced and generous portions. Overall a pleasant experience.

Room service was slow and the food was average at best. Breakfast limited variety. TV not many channels.

Location.

Staff dont even say thanks after check out.sour face for no reason.put rooms beside emergency entrance.iron ask 3x only then got.slow response.we hv to wait.not worth the price.me and my wife got diarrorhea on my 2nd day bfast over there.parking route so small.building wise,not practical.hotel property looks old,damp.swear to god i wont stay here again

Satisfactory stay

for a rather old hotel, the room was quite spacious, place was quiet and the view was ok . Breakfast although not a big spread still tasted good.
